• Provides a Documented Policy that describes Services, Prices, Cancellation and Contract Length
• Assess the Client
• Councils and Educates on Important Health, Fitness and Nutrition Topics
• Prescribes a Safe and Specific Fitness Program
• Tracks Progress
• Follows-up
• Empowers Client

CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY:
• Follow Prescription
• Ask Questions
• Provide Specific Goals
• Communicate likes and dislikes regarding exercises
• Communicate if being pushed beyond limits
• Immediately address problems
• Avoid placing unrealistic expectations on your personal trainer ~ the client is the one who has to perform the work
• Wear proper clothing and bring water
• Call 24 hours to cancel a session
